This means that, from now on, the areas of storage, servers, networks, data protection, and converged and hyperconverged infrastructure will be implemented together with partners.
With this strong commitment to strategic cooperation with its partners, Dell Technologies Switzerland is sending a clear message: the channel is a key success factor in the further expansion of its Swiss business.

Primary reasons for this decision

  • Dell Technologies aims to significantly increase its business with existing partners and focus on expanding the network.
  • Collaborating with certified, well-trained partners means integrated total solutions for end customers can be developed further – in the areas of virtualization, cybersecurity and multi-cloud, for instance.
  • This clear orientation is also aimed at attracting new customers.

The new route-to-market opens up completely new opportunities for partners to acquire new customers, differentiate themselves with total solutions, and market their services, either through the standardized product implementation service or by creating comprehensive general concepts.     DataStore partners can put all current ISG products to the test in the Solution Center. Relevant training courses and end-customer demos can be implemented as live demos on site or of course remotely.
  • Services:
    The DataStore services team supports you with technical issues in the sales process and the technical aspects of project implementation. We offer these services exclusively in close cooperation with our partners.
  • Training Center:
    We’re happy to help our partners set up individual training courses and demos.

Additional services: DataStore Online Configurator

The DataStore Online Configurator is another important service we’ve created for our partners. The added value for our partners is that they can configure products from the Dell Technologies range individually and independently. DataStore then performs the price calculation.
